EventAvenue is a single interface integrated system that will ease the complexity of several functions and will make managing an event simpler. One of these functions is creating and sending Invoices.

EventAvenue’s Invoice feature will help you raise an invoice and send it to your delegate or supplier within minutes. Every EventAvenue account has an in-built invoice format where you can insert the delegates or clients information – personal details, email id and the amount to be charged. The invoice format also has categories like Invoice/Bill Number, Check Availability of Invoice/Bill Number, Description of Service Sold etc., which will allow you to personalize the invoice on a delegate-to-delegate basis. This flexibility is very useful when negotiating costs with clients and suppliers or offering discounts to only selected delegates. |
The Invoice/Bill Number has multiple uses
- Track delegates/suppliers/clients transactions using the Invoice/Bill Number
- The Invoice/Bill Number can be used to maintain an organized online filing system
- Search for a delegate using the Invoice/Bill Number

Another benefit of the Invoice feature is that it can be used in conjuncrion with the Auto-Email feature i.e. you can send your invoices via email. This will not only save time but also printing and courier costs. |
